A Sense of Place – Landscapes from Monet to Hockney is an art exhibition currently on view through January 2012 at the Gallery of Fine Art at Bellagio Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas.
A Sense of Place showcases more than 30 artworks ranging from paintings, photographs and video installation that contrast and compare both approach and expressionism in landscape art.
Organized in partnership with the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston (MFA), and featuring works from the Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego (MCASD) and MGM Resorts International Fine Art Collection, this engaging exhibition features works by such artists as Claude Monet, Marc Chagall, Christo, Helen Frankenthaler, David Hockney, Sylvia Plimack Mangold and many others.
